 1. If you want to return an item, you must pay the shipping to get item back to us. As long as the item is returned to us in new condition with original packing and manuals warranty card ect. Within a ten-day time period, we will issue a refund less a 20 % Re-Stocking Charge and including the original shipping charges will apply.

2. To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at summersetpools@sbcglobal.net and provide your invoice information. We will then contact you with instructions on how to return the item for refund or exchange.

3.Disclamer. Summersetpools.com will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind on any product we sell.

4. We will not accept returns on any Pool Cleaners or Heaters or electrical, Chemical items. We will only replace an item if damaged in shipping.

5. Products sold will only be warranted under manufactures terms not the responsibility of summersetpools.com

Payment:

We accept Money orders, Bank cashier's checks, business checks or personal check and all major credit cards. All payments should be in US dollars and instruments should be drawn on US banks. Any other financial arrangements must be agreed upon prior to placing your order.

 Sales tax:

Sales tax of 7.25% is added to the total if shipped within the state of California.

Shipping:
